  • Standard Returns: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting evidence (photos or videos).

3. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and cosmetics, products must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return:

  • Unopened & Unused: The product must be in its original, sealed packaging. The safety seal must not be broken or tampered with.

  • Complete Packaging: All original boxes, manuals, accessories, and promotional gifts must be included.

  • Non-Returnable Items: * Items that have been opened, tested, or used.

    • Products damaged through customer misuse.

    • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team:

  2. Notification: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. Credit: Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.

    • Note: It may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Quality Issues/Our Error: If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, KORMESIC will cover all return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., "changed mind," "wrong shade selected"), the buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. International & Cross-Border Shipping Notes

As KORMESIC utilizes a dual fulfillment structure (Indonesia Local & China Cross-Border):

  • Customs & Duties: Import duties and taxes are collected by your local customs authority and are generally non-refundable by KORMESIC.

  • Refused Deliveries: If a package is refused by the customer without prior authorization, the cost of return shipping and any disposal fees will be deducted from the final refund.

7. Exchange Policy

To ensure you receive the correct item as quickly as possible, we recommend:

  1. Initiating a return for the unwanted item according to the steps above.

  2. Placing a new order for the desired product simultaneously. This avoids the long wait times associated with international return-and-reship cycles.
