This Global Standard Shipping and Cross-Border Logistics Comprehensive Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) sets forth our operational standards and commitments regarding order processing, warehousing and fulfillment models, international shipping timelines, freight calculation methods, customs and duty handling, as well as the management of exceptional logistics circumstances throughout the entire supply chain.
This Policy constitutes an integral and binding component of the Terms of Service accepted at checkout. All skincare, cosmetic, and related category orders submitted and successfully paid for through the Kormesic website shall be governed strictly by this Policy.
Your placement of an order shall be deemed as your full acknowledgment and unconditional acceptance of all provisions contained herein.
2. Core Warehousing Network and Dual-Hub Fulfillment Structure
2.1 Indonesia — Dedicated Local Fulfillment

3. Order Processing and Packaging
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). High-risk transactions may require identity verification.
All skincare and cosmetic products are packed using reinforced cartons, shock-absorbing bubble wrap, and leak-proof sealing technology to ensure safe international transport.

Indonesia: 2–5 business days
North America: 7–12 business days
Europe: 8–14 business days
Oceania: 7–14 business days
Other Asia: 5–10 business days
Middle East & Other Countries: 10–20 business days
5. Shipping Fee Calculation
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel weight or volumetric weight, and selected shipping tier.
6. Customs, Duties and Taxes (DAP/DDU Terms)
Unless marked as DDP, all international orders ship under DAP or DDU terms.
Checkout payments include product value and base shipping only. Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are not included and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Failure to pay duties or complete customs clearance may result in return or destruction of the parcel. All associated losses and return costs will be deducted from any refund.
7. Tracking and Address Policy
Tracking details are sent after dispatch. Tracking updates may require 24–72 hours to activate.
Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of order confirmation. Once shipped, addresses cannot be modified.
Returned parcels due to incorrect address or refusal will incur original shipping cost, return shipping fee, and a 20% restocking fee deduction.
8. Loss and Damage
Damaged parcels must be reported within 48 hours with full unboxing video and photos.
If tracking shows delivered but not received, customers must file claims with local authorities or carriers.
